Refund & Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 15 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. If an item does not fit, you must contact us within 15 days of receipt so we can review the situation and determine next steps. Customers are responsible for taking accurate measurements prior to ordering. We provide detailed sizing information and measurement disclaimers, and returns due to incorrect measurements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The item must be free of dirt, odors, pet hair, or damage
- The item must be in its original packaging
Items showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a standard processing timeframe.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe your item qualifies, please email us at mycartcouture@gmail.com within 15 days of receipt.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
